The PRIME 2016 Call For Papers is available for download.
An author can submit any number of papers, but the same speaker cannot present more than two papers in the Conference. All authors presenting papers must be Ph. D. students. By Ph.D. student we mean a student who is working towards Ph.D. thesis or who has defended Ph.D. thesis during the year prior to the paper submission deadline.
Any exception requires discussion with the Technical Program Committee chair.
The maximum number of authors per paper is five. After the paper selection, authors will be informed of the decision of the Technical Program Committee by e-mail on or after April 15th, 2016. At the same time, the preliminary program will be published on the website.
The working language for the conference will be English, which will be used for all presentations and printed material.
The submission process has two stages:

Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance is considered by the Committee as an agreement that the work will not be placed in the public domain prior to the Conference. The quality of the conference will be guaranteed by a thoroughly selected Technical Program Committee, which will provide feedback to the authors.
After the paper selection, authors will be informed of the decision of the Technical Program Committee by e-mail on or after April 15th, 2016. At the same time, the preliminary program will be published on the website.
Accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
